How to use clarion dxz 785usb bluetooth?

So I just recently got the droid x and it occured to me taht you can bluetooth things such as pandora and slacker radio over to a bluetooth radio. My question is, HOW? Will something like this work?

Or does it have to be a special audio one that recieves audio. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, as I would like to order a bluetooth adapter TODAY.

ahh i see you need their stupid *** bluetooth adapter. 50 dollars............ Thats to lot to substitute an aux in cable

yea no love with the dongle it says device error, shucks this would have been sweet
