How to remove a stripped alan bolt??

nobody!!!
Trying to rewire my Audison yesterday and I got lazy and used a non-audison alan wrench to remove one of the bolts from the channel. The bolt stripped of course and so I decided to get a screw extractor.

I had no success with the extractor and drilled a bit into the nut to try and get something to grip onto.

Still no hope.

I'm thinking maybe a dremel with a small disc to make a notch so I have something to back it out with.

This would **** big time as this amp was in mint condition and it is very expensive and hard to find a good lrx 6.9 like this. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

any help would be great

get some super glue and a screw that will fit into the allen head. put some super gule in the head, place screw into glue, give a sec to dry, remove screw, done.
was gonna say something similar. but he might end up gluing the screw to the amp. then it is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/nono.gif.eca61d170185779e0921b0faa9704973.gif

the hole is deep enough that I dont think that will happen.

if that glue trick doesnt work sometimes you can force a star bit into the stripped allen hole and the sharp edges of the bit will bite it also helps to force it at an angle to the side as you turn it out

Macro setting on the camera ftw... that's one of the worst pics I've ever seen. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
its on my phone... I dont think theres a macro setting.

I have one of these, one of my best tool purchases.
I bought the spiral looking ones by Erwin and they seem to be crap. Might have to give these a shot it glue doesn't work.

A star bit might work if it has sharp edges. hmmmm

thanks
