set ur alarm for about an hour before u have to be up for work, and then a second alarm for the time you normally get up
when u get up the first time, take a couple advil or tylenol and drink at least 8oz water, and then go back to sleep
when u wake up the second time, take another 1 or 2 advil
also drink a glass of water right before u go to bed
thats what I do when I have to be up early, never fails to work
