How to mod a Xbox 360?

Can anyone offer some step by step instructions, or perhaps a walkthrough of how to best mod a Xbox 360 to play back up games. Preferably from the XBox's harddrive.

I have seen little in the way of a basic guide that shows the begining to end process and how to do it correctly.

XBox-scene was recomended, but I was unable to find much there.

Modding a 360 isn't like modding a normal Xbox. You cannot play the games from the HD AFAIK.

The XBOX used a standard HD inside, so you could mod it to recognize and use any space you wanted. I don't think the 360 is that way, and good luck fitting over one game on that HDD.

i think you have to flash your dvd drive with a different bios to allow your xbox to read the burned disc but im not 100% positive.

I don't know how old the Xbox is- I bought it used. Is there somekind of information I can get you that would help tell me what to do?

x2. That site will tell you EVERYTHING. Theres also a video floating around on the net that I saw too that shows someone doing it from beginning to end. I'll post it if I find it but it might be on that site.
