How to host lan game on public wifi

Im trying to play CS on a public wifi here and i cant get my server to show up on other computers, anyone ever done this? Were all connected to the router just cant get the server to show up. Windows firewall isnt the problem

there's a command i believe it's sv_lan 1 i think, just set it to whatever it's not currently on

if that dont work google it steam's a pain
