How to get this game to work?

I downloaded it and now can't get it to work..I get this error, but the DAT file is on the screen as you can see.

I burned the DAT file to a cd and tried playing..Wouldn't let me..

Any ideas?

Usually .ini files will tell you how to install it. Sometimes files are corrupt/missing/In wrong folder/s. Use ISO mounting image program. It saves you alot of cd's lol.
