How to get rid this virus?

When I try to go on pornhub, it says I have a trojan and wont let me watch any videos. Anyone have any programs that will remove it? Ive tried quite a few programs and none detect it. I googled it, and it seems everyone else has the same problem. Heres the message I get... Anyone know what to do?

I read that yesterday. Know if any of those are reputable? Most of the time theres more spyware in the anti-virus programs and thats what Im trying to avoid.
