How to file fraud complaint with Ebay and Paypal? HELP

You guys may have already read my other thread "Anyone from the Dayton Ohio Area?" http://www.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?t=125815 but i know 100% now this guy is a fraud. I contacted another seller that has left him negative feedback calling him out as a fraud in the last week asking why he left him negative feedback. He said that after 2 days of sending the item, the guy, oldschoolcompany, filed a complaint, and eventually got a full refund. Same happened to me with my fiberglassing DVDs. Im now out 40 bucks. Anywho, the other seller told me he "already posted a fraud alert with ebay and paypal for theft. He wont last on ebay!" How do i do this? I want this guy off ebay, and maybe if paypal hes doing this ofter i MAY see my money again. Thanks for your help guys.

i'd be so angry if i were you... gives you that bullshit negative feedback and rips you off... just start complaining non stop to eBay and paypal about it and they'll eventually deal with it...

that shit dont work, i filled long before, after 8 months they didt settle it and i never recieve my money, hopefully you do goodluck.
