how to determine overall cubic space?

is it possible to determine a enclosure's overall cubic foot internal space by having the dimensions? im trying to figure out how much polyfill i should put in my dual 12" circle sub box with seperate chambers placed in the middle.. the dimensions i have are:

28" wide/18" bottom depth/12" top depth/12" height
