How to become an installer

Just to help you out a little bit...

Might be good to get certified. Do as many installs for people you know possible to gain experience too. Then go ahead and apply for places like CircuitCity or BestBuy to start off, or you could always go with the local smaller shops. Sometimes it depends on who you know too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

just learn and get a job..... no need for school.... installers dont make gobs of money by any means... 99% of people who install car audio and alarms and such arent mecp certified... and i know for a fact that none of the big name stores like cc or bb or gg or even frys require any sort of certification.... most look at a system you have done yourself watch you for a couple days to make sure you arent jerry rigging crap and then send you on your way to making $12 an hour....
