How thick for fiberglass

How thick should I lay the fiberglass in the spare tire well for the bottom of my sub enclosure. Its going to hold 3 or 4 eights. Depends on if I run 1 sub amp or 2. Box is going to be split up. you should be able to stand on the foundation mold and it shouldn't bend or flex, usually 1/4" fiberglaqss equalls 3/4" mdf, that is with little to no air bubbles as well though

I'm making a mold today and then its into the vacume former.
