theres this ******** that lives down the block from me, it really doesnt bother me that much, if i was his neighbor i would go fk nuts but.. seriously how are these things legal.. this guy has been like reving his engine outside his house and doing laps around the block all day, its unreal.. like i said i dont really care its not my problem, i live ppretty far away, but i can still basically hear it over my tv with the windows closed..

it just doesnt seem to make much sense to me and can only imagien what his neighbors are going through because it was like 5 hours, straight.

edit: i should probaly change the subject of this post.. because i shouldnt be directing it towards one thing and people are taking what i mean the wrong way.. a better subject would be, how are people so inconsiderate of others? its mind boggling.

my neighbors is loud he has aftermarket pipes hes like 100 feet away. But its alright to me, my mountaineer is loud, so when he revs his i go rev mine. lol No one else around...

Always wondered about that. I don't mind the noise but, I got pulled over for straights on my explorer a few years ago, that thing wasnt half as loud as the motorcycles on the road.

Maybe its because of safety.

If they can hear you, they will look for you.

It's not legal in many areas. There is an 80dB limit near where I live. Even the Harley dealers post signs asking their customers not to add on aftermarket exhaust which is louder than OEM. No different than the fart cans or guys running Thrush mufflers on their old muscle car.
