ok, care to elaborate....???? 7kW is the maximum RMS possible theorticaly, real figures lower, and the volume will not be stuck at balls to the walls loud....

if you dont know what kind of electrical your going to need to keep up with 7kw daily, id suggest something different.

but a bunch of 1/0 a few yellowtops/2400's and a h/o alt

and a fire extinguisher.

Get about 4 or so runs of 0 guage, three kinetik 2400s, and then of course a high output alternator biggest you can find.

this power is shared over many amps, 5 amps, got them for almost free....

i know about 0 gauge, what i wonder was how many amps the HO alt should be, 200A, 300A, dual 200A . . ???? how many yellow tops...??

I would suggest getting kinetiks instead of yellowtops.

3 hifonics 2006D amps: 80 dollars a piece, and 2 hifonics Zx6406 amps: 100 dollars a piece....

2006d = 2000w * 3 = 6000W + 700w from the multicahnnels.... that comes to about 7kw, IN THEORY ON PAPER!!!

actual number much lower.... i make electric engines an transformers for a living, so i can choose how much amp i need for my system.... made a HO alt, it gave 700A at idle... custom made all parts...

that alt does not fit any car because it has no mounting holes...., it was made as test project to see if it were possible to get many amperes wilst still being able to keep space at minimum.... next project, custom made all parts, 1400A alt to power two soundstream XXX10000, in a friends car.... chevy tahoe....

what kind of electrical gear would you use for the amps i listed above... thinking 3 kinetiks and 2 gauge to the sub amps, and 4 gauge to the speaker amps.... using 1/0 gauge from alt to the batteries....??? and using a 200A alt, or is this to small?
