How much power could a IA Lethal Injection 15" really take?

Looking at these subs atm, they're rated at 600wrms but afaik they're well underrated. Also how would it compare to an American Bass XFL 15? I'm thinking 4cf with lots of port area at around 32hz. Pushing between 1-1.5kwrms.

xfl is a lil beefier sub but it can take 1k no problem on clean power. it will sound cleaner than the xfl but the xfl cant ake more power so has the ability to get a little louder

i can't answer your question on how much they CAN take MAX, but you'll be straight if you're feeding it ~1k.

i've heard nothing but amazing things about the XFL too, so i think it comes down to sub specifics in the end, not just their power handling.

What do you mean by sub specifics? Would both subs sound good in a net 4-5cubes for ported or is that too big?

so I take it a Death Row 15" would be significantly better than both of these?

If anyone knows of an online store that sells Incriminator Audio oversease at decent shipping prices it would be good to know. I was only really considering the Lethal Injection because of woofersetc which was going to charge a large amount of postage for it (in the hundreds). If I can get nicer postage prices to Australia I can get better gear.

a lethal injection 15 can take well over 1000rms of clean power, i currently have 2 Li12's on 2500rms set with DD-1 there is 0 distortion and my signal is as clean as it can get, they take it daily and peoples jaw's drop when they see its only 2 12's. now i dont recommend you putting 2500rms to a pair of Li's unless your skilled in tuning and your box is legit.

I would agree with gameovercca. 1000w clean power is the absolute max. Especially if you want to keep the warranty in tact.

and I wouldn't do LOTS of port area if you plan to throw a lot of power at it...
