Im building a box for two L7s (the newer silver coned ones w/the chrome back plate) I've squeezed around 6.5ft^3 of space for this box. I need to know how much port area I should use for these. Box will be common chamber in a extended cab new model s-10, subs up, slot port in the middle. Any ideas/recommendations? Also what would be a good freq for these? I'm thinking around 32-35hz, the guy wants them to get the low notes out. Thanks guys!

yeah that sounds right. in a new s-10 you can only get 6.5? that seems to small. if you want to utilize that space better get some aero ports. like 2 6'' from thrilleraudio.com

Somewhere around 80"^2, I am currently running 87"^2. Sounds wonderful, zero port noise.
Thanks man, much appreciated!
