how much louder is a T1 compared to an SW7?

in gonna get 2 eclipse SW7124DVC-T4 12 inch subs for about 250$. The cheapest you can get a pair of rockford fosgate T112D4 12 inch subs is 400$. Im just curious, i know the T1 is an SPL woofer, and an SW7 is an SQL, but just outta curiosity, im wondering how much louder the T1 is than an SW7 if both were getting their rec. wattage?
