how much is it worth and what next

I have an older Planet Audio amp. It is a p150.26 amp and it's 300w rms at 4ohms. I'm looking to sell it to help pay for a new amp. Could anybody give me a ballpark estimate as to what this thing is worth? I have a friend who will pay 50 for it. Should I ask for a little more?

And once it's sold I'll be looking to buy a new amp. It'll be powering two 4ohm DD 1508's. I'd like to give them at least 500w per sub so the amp needs to be between 1000 and 1500 or so rms. Do yall have any reccomendations. I'd like to pay 250 or less if at all possible. I'll be looking to buy used if that factors in(price wise). Thanks for any input you may give.

If its a friend id probably give it up for 50.... 80 on craigslist and play the waiting game.... is it worth the wait?

got pics of it? how old is it. the only reason i ask is that back iin the day ZED audio made planet audio amps so it might be worth something.

That's the best pic I could get without taking it all out. I actually got it in a trade over on pbnation(along with a ppi art series amp which is also older so I assume this one is pretty old too). Idk much else about it.
