Why is it there's always a "tint" question every other week?

Anyway...cost is relative to the shop, and warranty as well. I paid about $180 for my entire car for 20%. I paid about $40 more than others, but the fact that the shop I went to has been around for over 20 years, compared to the other local shops being in business less than 3 makes that "lifetime warranty" a better deal. on average it is usually around 70 for back window. 60ish for the two fronts. and around 20-30 for small windows. about 40 for tint strip.

for your car with tint strip you should look close to 200

thats why i tinted me own

That sounds about right.

I paid $20 extra for my lifetime warranty, that transfers over to whoever I sell the car to. The warranty goes with the car, not the owner. Got it in writing...good selling point. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I paid 180 for mine. 20% all around which consisted of 4 door windows, 2 little back windows, back window and front strip. Lifetime warranty and no problems as of yet and has been over a year.

Around here it varies quite a bit by shop, within the same town.

My brother got his windows done last year (5% wrapped around the back, 20% on the front) and got quoted like $200 from an audio shop, but ended up paying $100 for it from an autoparts store if I remember correctly. Either way man, call around a bit and you could save yourself a bunch of money.

Could happen. Moral of the story....take a few minutes to shop around.

I just had my rear window and 2 rear small ones on my honda coupe done 2 days ago and it cost me $150---but this is AK and its probably a little more, but I love how it looks now.
