How much can my amp power?

I have a JL Audio 500/1 and currently it is only powering my single JL Audio 10w3v3...

Could I add another 10w3v3 while still using the same amp?

Just wondering if some of that power is going to waste. Thanks guys!

I have "1" JL 10w3v3

meaning I have that 1 sub in my vehicle only.

how doesnt it? if the subs arent correct ohm, he could put the amp into protect

but OP, youre getting the max out of your amp, it gives 500w at 1.4-4 ohms, if you add another sub, each will get 250
