How much can it handle?

Ive got a DD Audio 510 that I'll be swapping into my truck. Going to try and do up a ported enclosure but its a single cab toyota pickup so it'll prpbably end up sealed. Im swapping my JAD900.5 for a c5d and I'm trying to decide on a sub amp. DD website says 400 rms but I know it can take more. How much more? No idea?... Could i give it like 600 rms?
