How loud do Perfects get? Are they good subs?

Don't get loud???.......come on now. One of my buds had 2 12 Inchers in this tiny *** sealed box, i doubt it was even 2 cubic feet all together, and everytime we went to the mall he could set off atleast 5 car alarms with them. Great for SQ too. They get loud as to where they start to effect your ears but not too where you have to turn it down cause its to loud, atleast my pals are like that. All in all I'd say an excellent balance between SPL and SQ, definately worth a buy or 2.

By-the-way......Crutchfield has an unbelievable deal on those right now.......2 12 inchers for a straight $300. Better then pullin them off of eBay with no warranty.

If you're referring to Kappa Perfects.. 300 is a good deal for two, considering Crutchfield usually includes prefabs for them as well. Oh yeah, and this thread is 8 months old.

Old thread brought to life, yay. I have 2 Perfects I got from Crutchfield although I got ripped off to begin with I would say that it was worth it considering they came with free q-logic boxes and a 3 year warranty, thats right not 1 year of even 2, but 3 and you know they are good for it. And I need to test my db's but I think they are just about "perfect" with the sq i get, well for now anyways.
