how loud can you get?

i want a system that has some serious volume. i just want to run with a 2 way passive component. what do y'all have in mind for a comp that can handle plenty of power and want bottom out? i listen to mainly heavy metal.

what about some vanadiums by rainbow? are the tweets melow. i had some dynaaudio's. the midbass was pretty good but the tweets were too melow. i want a set of comps that will make me go deaf

Check out the Rainbow Powerline CMX 265 Kicks (cal25 titanium tweets). Amping them with a clean 200-300w rms should make you a happy camper.

Also look into the Treo TSX comps. Rated for 100w rms, but will easily take a clean 200-250w rms.
