how long of power wire/RCA for an MR2?

hey im going to be doing an install on my buddy's Toyota MR2 (a small two-door car). i was wondering if anyone has worked on or had an MR2 (or just knows) that can give an estimate of how much power wire is needed and what length RCA cable should i get?? the amps will be behind the seats. thanks!
