How long do you wear your contact lenses?

usually 2-4 months till they get bad...or irritated or I loose one....i wear the accuviews...

you guys are lazy *****..

i wear the 2weeks disposable ones for 2-3 months but i take them off pretty much everynite unless i've had a rough night.

Do you guys enjoy eye booogers???

I wear 2 week disposables that you CAN sleep in, and I usually wear them for 3-4 weeks before tossing them. Like others have mentioned, my eye doc has mentioned enlarged blood vessels in my eyes due to lack of oxygen (from sleeping in contacts, and leaving them in for too long). He gave me a new type last time though, that are more oxygen permeable and allow you to sleep in them without doing damage. Going 2-3 months on one pair though sounds crazy to me, you guys could be doing irreversible damage to your eyeballs!

I take mine out every night and put them in as soon as I get up the next morning. i use the same pair for probably 2-3 months before they become somewhat blurry or irritate my eyes.

i wear mine for 3+ months at a time, not taking them out once

basically i wear them until they start bothering me, which is usually a minimum of 3 months or so, then i put in a new pair.

doctor says my eyes are fine too.

one of my eyes got infected once in about 5 years of wearing contacts, and its prally becuase of having them in for too long, or at least had something to do with it, but i just kept them out for a couple weeks, then went back to wearing them and no problems since then

im getting Lasik eye surgery in a couple months though when i turn 21, so i dont have to bother with contacts ever again

i wear the daily ones because the 2-3 week (or 2 month as i called them) used to scratch my eyes in the summer when it got warm.

I wear them from when I wake up to when i go to bed.

i have an OCD about contacts so i take mine out every thirty minutes to clean them. i also cant put them in unless i am standing on my head
