How do you sign up for MTV's "Next"?

Ok before you all think I'm completely queer, me and my buddy are doing this as a joke on my friend. We wanna sign him up without him knowing it and watch him get nexted hopefully.

Do does anyone know how to do this? Do you have to have a hookup with MTV or can any idiot do it?

Honestly i think everyone on that shows so set up, ive spotted more **** stars on that show then any other show on TV. They are all unknown ones, but i watch alot of **** to know ive seen them

and for a while MTV2 played only music, but now they play shows too.

i think MTV Jams is the only one that only plays music, but i haven't had that channel in a year so I'm not even sure...
