How do you measure TSP's?

Pretty much everyone that does the DIY recones uses the WT3 from parts express. Official company testing is much more in depth and accurate. @denim; had told me a little of what goes on so maybe he can expand.

Some brands might use a DUMax or Kippel or laser spect. etc. All depends on the preference.
