how do you clean disc?

im trying to install a pc game and it keeps stopping at saying it cant install a file. it was stopping at 72% so i tried cleaning it and now it stops @ 63%, i got the game used off of ebay, but it has an eb games sticker on it, so i was thinkin about going there and trying to get a new one, but of course i dont have a receipt.

Warm water and dish soap, apply dish soap, rub outwards from the center with your thumb or fingertip, rinse, dry with a lint free cloth.

Works great, but never use really hot water you could possibly warp the disk.

well ive pretty much given up on it, there is like one little spec on it, and when i put the disc it. it goes from like 62% to 63% and stops and says it cant copy the file, im gonna call eb games and tell them i got it from xmas and finally had time to install it today and it wont load disc 3 and hopefully they will exchange it
