How do I go about asking for a raise?

But seriously, find out who's in charge of payraises, and walk up to them and say, Excuse me so and so, I have been working here for X amount of months, and I have shown a lot of dedication and hard work during my time here.

*list shit you do*

IE: I always come in 4 minutes early, Never hesitate to stay later, or work on my days off etc....

and I feel I deserve a payraise, for my commitment to the job. Wouldn't you agree?
