Hey i was just wondering why my Magnum looks like this with the different basket and the magnet. All the pictures i have seen have had different baskets and different magnets, none with looks of mine. Just wondering, here's the pic:

They havent picked up the phonein 2 days. They have had my amp for 3 weeks and 1 day now. my check is already cashed. I called them up 2 weeks after they recieved it, they said they never got anyinfo on it when i put the paper in the packing slip evelope on the box. So i sent them another copy cause i made copies, and then i called and they still didnt ship it just fixed it. Still not shipped. I really miss my system too, and they are starting to really piss me off, so far it is a situation i would never put myself in again by having them repair my amp again if needed. Im unsatisfied right now. Do they atleast do a good job repairing???
