How can coem companies say that their amp puts out 2000 watts when it barly puts out 500 dont u think that there would be some kind of false advertising goign on here?

They usually overexaggerate it if they are a 'sub(no pun intended!) par company. The watts they claim to have are probably the very top of the peak the amp will hit before it conks out.
