i have a coworker. he didnt get his tax refund cause hes behind in his student loans. default i guess. anyways, he still thinks he can get his economic stimulis package 600bucks. i dont think he will. said that they will take it. am i correct, and if so how do i Xplain this to him, gently.

if u owe the government in anyways they will get it back, somehow...
