They are mainly a budget sub, but are not that bad for the price. I would suggest looking on the web or in the classifieds because those subs can be found for a much cheaper price.

WOW....I just found them on crutchfield.com for $90....how are they for this price?

Also, what would be the best amp to power these? Or is the one I have a good deal?

there is alot bettr for the price check out mach 5 audio and u can find a type R for 100 dollars

There are better subs for the price.
