That isn't referring to the power handling of the driver. The T/S parameter of Rms "represents the mechanical resistance of a driver’s suspension losses. It is a measurement of the absorption qualities of the speaker suspension and is stated in N*sec/m."

Anyways, those are supposed to be very good sounding drivers with good output capabilities aswell. I've never heard one, but heard nothing but good things about them.
