My 100.4 and 1000D both got extremly hot. the 1000D would turn off. my grounds are great, and my voltage always around 13.4 running kinetik 2400 and 1800, and iraggi 200 amp alt. big three and 1/0 ground and power run.The 100.4 doesnt get hot to touch ne more it actually like room temp, not hot not cold, and 100.2 gets little hotter (pushing it decently) and sae 1000D still gets hot and turns off after 1.2 hours of pushing hard with little ventilation.But id say factor is the back seats, little ventilation + carpet = hot amp if ur pushing it decently loud.Mike-</blockquote>
