The car I was referring to is completely stock.

My mistake... I read that wrong. But as I said, their AWD system is very nice. I want an old school Quattro soooo bad! But put them on the track or a road course vs Benz or Beemer... And its wraps.

not really, since expense also decreases availability. Not to mention the 4.2 is crammed in so tight your pretty much screwed working on it anyway, Also the stock s4 is not fast, not even the twin turbo v6 version. It is borderline quick but not fast.

Bi-turbo 4.0 V8 7 speed 420hp stock... I consider that fast enough. Not to mention the luxury included

I havn't looked at pricing but I'm guessing it cost more then the mustang gt that is faster and the interior is almost as nice. I'm guessing the cadilac cts-v is some where close as well.

no a 420hp car is not fast I had one at 17 years old, and it was rwd. Maybe 20-30 years ago 400hp was fast but not anymore.

yeah.. 420 at all 4 wheels is alot different than 420 at the rear

420 is plenty fast, especially since the highest speed limit in my state is 65 if you're way out in the sticks.

that audi s 420 at the crank, My t/a was at the wheels. What I am getting at is 420 is quick and will do a good enough job of getting your *** in jail but it's not fast anymore. Especially when price is no option, look at zonda or even the higher level ferrari's and lambo's. I think lambo's top has like 740 and ferrari is around 700hp. That is fast.

I didnt say its the fastest ****** car on the street, Im saying anyone I know with an audi is totally happy with the performance and I am totally happy driving around in them cause they are so ****** comfortable and luxury

You have got to have the largest anger issue of any one on this entire website. I think it's time for you to step away from your computer until you can put your big boy pants on and not get butt hurt when some one doesn't agree with you. What I am doing it comparing a 400rwhp car to a 300awhp car. Neither are fast, they are quick there is a huge difference between the two. You said the audi is a performance orientated vehicle, it's not. It is a comfortable luxury sedan with reasonable horsepower to weight ratio.

Here, I'll even help you out and show you what I said.

I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree. I have a few friends with turbo awd audi's and never heard a single complaint about their performance.. my buddy has a bi turbo a6 AWD and he mobs thru the snow. I've seen tahoes get stuck while the A6 just zings by. Audi's are solid cars

I still stand by that statement 100%. They are solid cars. No, they are not faster than lambo's. Sorry, I should have said that I guess?

(And much higher quality than mustangs)
