Hooking up an EQ

I'm getting an in dash EQ from a friend and hopefully putting it in this weekend. My question is this, it has 1 input and 3 outputs. So do I hook up the front output of the HU to the input of the EQ? I'm kind of confused on how to hook this up. Any help would be appreciated.

What kind of eq is it?

If all of your preouts are the same voltage i'd use the front rca. Run that to the eq input, use the f+r and sub behind eq to you're amps.
