hoodia?

Hoodia was originally used by tribespeople or africans or something to keep from being hungry when they were out hunting. It does work, but not very effective. I mean, just don't eat if your going the hoodia route.
There are a few options for you.

1. Switch up your eating habits and eat 6 times a day with smaller portions. This speed up your metabolism.

2. Add a routine to step 1.

3. If your REALLY lazy and don't want to eat right or workout, by adepix online (also called phentrimine) I may have spelled it wrong but google will fix the spelling. You can EASILY drop 20 pounds in a month on that.
what ****ing terrible advice. there are no pills that make you loose weight. obviously if you are overweight, that means you don't have a good lifestyle and therfore must change your lifestyle. i don't eat 5-6 times a day, and i don't take diet pills, or supplements and i've dropped over 60 pounds. eat healthy and exercise.

Are you SERIOUS? I do congrat you on being able to have self control and stay focused on your goals. The truth is, very few people have the time, or willpower to do so. So you saying, stick to it and work hard doesn't mean really much. It sounds good, but I was giving easier methods. Don't get me wrong, I work out 6 days a week and eat very healthy, and try to maintain a very low body fat percentage. A portion of people don't care about that. They want to appear fit. Adipex does that and if you don't want to go that extreme, smaller portions spread out to keep your body moving will help too.

To say there are no pills that make you lose weight is a lie though. My girl is sitting behind me right now, weighs about 134 and dropped about 15 pounds recently on adepix. Is it healthy? na, but its what she wanted to do.

Don't think this is a rant, I see you around here and I do respect your opinion, but I dont' think what I said is that terrible of advice.

telling people to continue to eat unhealthy but take this pill you'll loose weight is horrible. also you mentioned lazy people not busy people. if you're wanna be lazy then just gorge yourself with donuts untill you die. you don't have to eat tuna fish and crackers. i eat hamburgers, potatos, potato chips, and still loose weight. instead of fatty burgers i eat turkey burgers, and eat fat free or baked chips, and use fat free cooking indgredients like skim milk, fat free butter etc

Well his question wasn't "how do I become fit and healthy", it was, "does hoodia work".

Yes, hoodia works to suppress your hunger. There are better things to take though.

Is it the right way? na, not at all, but he did not ask that question :p

i consider "working" as being you'll loose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life and i doubt anyone will take this pill for the rest of their life, nor will they keep weight off for the rest of their life on this pill

*nod* I really do see what your saying. I just don't think that was his question. I'm with you on this. I don't take hoodia, and I don't take adepix, but it does work. I actually stay one step above your eating habits. Almost no sugar, low fat..etc.
