maybe your guess is inaccurate, police don't bother with simple assault complaints around here... when was the last time you heard of some one getting in a fight in new orleans? Doesn't happen... what you hear is similiar to this:
that niggy shot this niggy then out of no where fo' niggys in a stolen cadillac shot up the first niggy... and so on and so forth
