Hole cutout for 18" BTL help - inverted

I know the specs for the 18" Fi Car Audio BTL is 16.75" for the hole cutout when mounted normally. What would the cutout have to be when the driver is inverted? Would it have to be slightly bigger?

find someone with the 12 spoke basket and see

check RE and others i know its somewhere, but im thinking 18.5" give or take

Measure the frame from one mounting hole to opposite hole and give about 3/16" (or as close as you can get without rubbing the surrounds)
