i got 2 re subs im gonna build a box for and put it in a trailblazer.i have someone local i can get an ed nine.1 for really cheap.the subs are dual 4 ohm.will that amp work good for my setup?or do i need something different?how loud will those subs get in a ported box with the right power to them?

Amp should work perfectly with your setup.

They should get fairly loud. They're SQL subs though, dont expect ear popping bass though.

They should get plenty loud off that much power. That amp with good current should put out around 1300 watts.

I say no more than 1000rms to each. A nice AQ 1200RMS amp sould suffice.

you have trailblazer??..then if your gonna put them there port them to 30hz and you wont be disapointed...i have a 15 dc sounds ported to 30hz in my trailblazer and the things get hella loud and low..it makes the fuking truck flex the shit out of it..
