Im thinking PPO, cost isnt too bad. I dont visit the doctor too often. Usually a once a year checkup, or if 100% necessary. I dont recall when was the last time it was 100% necessary either.

I'm of the same mindset. That, along with having excellent coverage for catastrophic situations is why I select PPO's. A serious situation would have to occur to get me in a doctor's office.
