Dude if you want loud just do the ID horns, you can pick up CD1E's used for $200. Also your Honda is a prime car for horns too. Also keep in mind your only going to need about 30wrms to make them scream.

just being honest the afternoon it would take to put the horns in and tune well is well worth the costs and effort

10+ bands of eq would be my choice although I have heard them with an AC 5 or 7 knob eq unit and still sound VERY solid. Try to find someone who has a set and listen
