ha. i just realized there was thread about this with the other guy. but his was not remotely close to mine

anyways. im not happy with the IDs. not loud enough. i had gain 3/4s up

What's gain have to do with it? You're just changing the input voltage on the amp. It doesn't determine if your mids are efficient enough to do what you want and still be able to handle the power you want to drive to them. It sounds to me that you have enough power, you just need some staging. well idk why i threw the gain in there. i set it by ear and was giving them a little more than rated power is what i meant.

im thinking about attempting fiberglass, even though i have no idea how.

gunz: no thanks to the 3 way. sounds too hard. ha
