I have the ea alt, big 3 and a duracell agm g34 under the hood of my 2001 ford explorer. My voltage seems to rest at 12.6 to 13 when my car is at idle in park, after its warmed up and everything. Is this normal? Also I have no amps in my car yet. I did put a shorter belt on it because of pully diameter (.300 shorter belt)and it seems to squeal when I accelerate but only squeals the first time I drive it of the day. Do I need a shorter belt? I was hoping it would be at least high 13's to low 14's at idle.</p></blockquote><p></p>
