i have ordered countless subs threw them and gotten some in less than week some in just over a week. so what they dont give a tracking number. boo hoo. Never had a problem and will do buisness with them again and again.

It happens with a lot of online retailers. Onlinestereo.com has had the same problem. You order something, then you don't get it, because it says in stock on their site, but ends up being on back order. I haven't expierenced this myself, but seen others have.

Just happens sometimes. Sorry about your luck and hopefully you get it soon.
