I ordered a pair of Boston G1 8's there last Monday the 8th around 12pm so its been 7 business days 8 if you count the monday and i still haven't received my order. Their shipping policy says 5-7 business days keep in mind. so when i go to track my order they dont have a tracking number ready for me and in the status window it just says "processed." I contacted them yesterday and got my email back today saying they would try to find me a tracking number.

I do not ever plan on doing business there again...

Has anyone else experienced problems with them?

i have always gotten great service and you can give them a call and they are VERY helpful !! 9/10 they offer a refund on the spot and let you keep the merchandise //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ie: i ordered some terminals from them for my battery welll it took 2 weeks to get them i call them up and asked nicley why it took so long they just said oh we are sorry for the inconvenience would you like a refund ? i said sure they refunded the total amount to my PP accont and told me just keep the terminals

they have always done great job with me, I love their customer service fast shipping and good prices.

Maybe you should call them before bishin on here, not like we can do anything about it lol

i will call them tomorrow i just wanted to wait out the full expected shipping time. i guess its sort of 50-50 with them but hopefully their customer service is as good as said above.

well with a costumer base so broad and a shit ton of product hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of shipments each day from a fairly small company its not hard for 1 person every now and a gain to slip through the crack its unenviable wish you luck im am almost certain that they will make it right one way or the other though
