Check the bulb and make sure nothings damaged?
Thats not good for them to be firing up and then turning off before they warm up and then firing up again.

I connected both of them to the battery and they worked perfect, they turned on and went blue just like regular HIDs. Just that when i hook up to the cables in the car they just blink like a strobe light.

Tommorow ill just end up taking it to a shop and see what they say, but if its an easy fix then i rather save my money, thtas why i asked.

could you possibly have burnt the wiring harness? i know it takes a lot of power to initially turn on hids, but when they are running they use less power than regular headlights...

I've installed several aftermarket HID kits in several cars and from my experience if the stobe that are wired wrong. On the aftermarket kit it stobes when it the wires are crossed....

2 wires come out of my car, one is yellow and one is yellow with a black line, i assumed that the yellow with black line is negative and the full yellow is positive. When i hooked that up it strobed. Thats for the driver side headlight, then my other head light has diferrent colors, purple and i think green or yellow i dont remember, ill see what my friend at the shop tells me wht it is and if he can do it really quick.
