.. as title says.. i have a 35w low beam hid kit.. 9006 8k hid bulbs, ballast, a short harness-2-ballast adapter with built in capacitor, and a longer harness-2-ballast adapter with no capacitor..
no matter what i try, the bulbs will not turn on
i have tried
1) ballast, bulb, short cap connect
2) ballast, bulb, long connect
3) ballast, bulb, short cap near the harnes, long connect
4) ballast, bulb, short cap near ballast, long connect
i even tried the saem combo with the opposite ballast.. then tried the same combo with 2nd bulb.. still no power.. and i plug the stock halogen back in and it lights up smooth as christmas
