Hello new dude here! I have been lurking here for about two years and I have pretty much found all the info i need without signing up. However im changing my system soon so i figured i would become an active participant lol. Current setup is... H.U.- pioneer deh 80 prs Amp- kenwood xr900-5 Tweets- polk mm Mids- dd audio vo6.5 Sub -sundown sa12 d4. Vehicle- 1997 Chevy k1500. Any sane person would be happy with what i have, but of course lol, i want more. So with christmas out of the way and the wifes blessing i have an idea of what i think i want. So this is the plan...Mechman 240 alt,PPI 900.4 Audiopipe apcl 18001.d. What say you? Is this a good way to increase power and hopefully output on a budget?

Welcome! Always nice to have new members..I enjoy learning from others and to retrieve new ideas as well.To increase power, it is most likely to increase voltage.Good AGM batteries are a plus or a nice battery Bank, the Big 3,and if needed a larger Alternator, and upgraded power supply wiring to maintain a constant voltage as much towards 14.4v or better. It takes power to make power.
