Are the tires painted? Or is that the rim lip? Something looks weird in pic. Not my style but I try not to hate as long as things are done right. Hope he upgraded his brakes.

They have a giant chrome lip and then custom tires. Not painted that color is in the rubber.

Have you tried the 2.0's in a sealed or 4th order yet? I've been wanting to try them in a 4th, but haven't had time yet...
